Here is a quick run-down of what JCI Calgary is all about:
JCI Calgary:
Positive Energy, Leadership, Opportunity, Development, and Friendships
We foster opportunities for our members in four different areas: Individual, Business, Community, and International. For some, JCI is an opportunity to expand business and social networks. Some join to develop knowledge and skills and to cultivate their leadership abilities. Others still become members to volunteer and give back to our community. And some are part of JCI just for the fun of it all!
JCI’s roots date back as far as 1910 with the Calgary chapter being founded in 1927. As a member of the Calgary chapter, you are instantly connected with more than 300,000 members in over 100 countries through Junior Chamber International (JCI). Our particular Chapter has an affiliation with the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, allowing the two organizations to utilize the resources of one another.
JCI is a leadership training organization that has trained many Presidents, Prime Ministers, professionals, business leaders, and others around the world. The training and travel opportunities throughout JCI are numerous and powerful, providing great value to your membership.
